Welcome

Haukeli Husky

Haukeli Husky Mountain Farm/Kennel is located in a quiet, scenic mountain area about 900 meters above sea level, at the edge of the Hardangervidda plateau. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility and explore vast nature all year round, with great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The ski areas Hovden, Haukelifjell, and Rauland are only a 30-40 minute drive from the farm.

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in the summer, as well as cabins available both summer and winter. As our guest, you will have access to a hot tub and sauna.

The lakes Songa and Totak are nearby, offering great opportunities for hiking, fishing, and paddling. Northern Europe's largest boulder field, Urdbøuri, is just a stone's throw away. In winter, you can enjoy skiing on the trails we groom for the dogs. You can choose between short or long ski trips into the mountains, or even opt for a summit hike if you're up for it.
